The Caroline Dunk is based on a horror story created by author Neil Gaiman. Nike is promoting the Britain based novel that is set to be released on February 6, 2009, but according to the the author the shoe is limited to 1000 pairs.

“There will, however, be a limited edition of 1000 pairs of Coraline Nike Dunks, winnable from watching the film and through the website, though, and they will look like this, with black buttons and stitching and such…”
